Terms of Use


Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are for the purpose of stipulating basic matters regarding the conditions and procedures for using the Internet service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by CA Company Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

 

Article 2 (Effect and Changes of Terms)

These terms take effect by notifying the user through the service screen or other means.

The site may change the terms, and the changed terms take effect by informing or notifying the user in the same way as in paragraph 1.

 

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

Definitions of terms used here are as follows.

Member: An individual or group that has concluded a service use agreement with the site or has been granted a user ID.

Applicant: An individual or group signing up for membership.

ID: A combination of letters and numbers determined by the member and approved by the site for member identification and service use.

Password: A combination of letters and numbers determined by the member to confirm that the member matches the ID given to the member and to protect the member's own confidentiality.

Cancellation: The cancellation of the service by the site or member.

 

Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement

Article 4 (Establishment of Use Agreement)

By clicking the Agree button at the bottom of the Terms, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The use agreement shall be established when the site accepts the application for use after the person who wishes to use the service agrees to the terms of use.

 

Article 5 (Application for Use)

In order for the applicant to use this service, they must submit the user information requested in the sign up application form on the site.

All user information entered in the application form shall be considered to be real data. Users who do not enter their real name or real information may not receive legal protection and may receive service restrictions.

 

Article 6 (Approval of Application for Use)

The site shall approve the application for service use with the exception of the cases stated in paragraphs 2 and 3.

In the following cases, the site may withhold approval until the reasons for restricting approval for the application are resolved.

A. When there is no room for service-related facilities

B. In case of technical difficulties


C. If the site considers it necessary

The site may refuse to accept the applicant for the following cases.

A. In case of using the name of another individual (site)

B. In case of false user information

C. In case of an application for the purpose of disturbing social well-being or morals

D. In case of not meeting the other requirements for application by the site

 

Article 7 (Change of User Information)

If the member information entered at the time of application for use is changed, the member must modify it online. Members are responsible for any problems caused from changes not made.

 

Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 8 (Obligations of the Site)

The site shall provide the services of the following paragraph to its members.

A. Sending newsletters about new services and domain information

B. Automatic entry of personal information when registering additional domains

C. Other additional services for domain registration and management

The site cannot disclose, reveal, or distribute the personal information of members acquired in connection with the provision of services to others without the consent of the members, and that information cannot be used for commercial purposes other than service-related purposes. However, there are exceptions in cases falling under any of the following paragraphs.

A. For a request from a national institution in accordance with the laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications

B. For investigation purposes for a crime or due to a request from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee

C. For a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated in other related laws

The site is obliged to provide services continuously and stably as stated in these terms.

 

Article 9 (Obligations of Members)

Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the service.

A. Illegal use of another member's ID

B. Reproduce, change, use, publish, broadcast, etc., or provide information obtained from the service for purposes other than the use of members without the prior consent of the site to others

C. Infringe on other rights, such as copyrights of the site and other people's copyrights

D. Dissemination of information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and morals to others

E. Acts that are objectively judged to be related to crime

F. Acts that violate other relevant laws

Members must comply with relevant laws and regulations, matters stipulated in these, the service usage guidelines, and the precautions.

Members must comply with the usage restrictions posted on the service announcement by the site or separately announced via content.

 

Chapter 4 Service Provision and Use

Article 10 (Responsibilities of Members for ID and Password)

Members are responsible for their ID and password. Members are responsible for all consequences arising from negligence in management and illegal use of IDs and passwords assigned to members.

In case of illegal use of their ID or other security violations, members must notify the site of the fact.

 

Article 11 (Service Restriction and Suspension)

The site may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in case of force majeure including war, disaster, natural disaster, or other national emergency, or when a key telecommunication service provider in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunication services, etc.

When the site restricts or suspends the use of the service in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1, the site shall notify the member without delay of the reason and period of restriction.

 

Chapter 5 Changes and Cancellation of Agreement

Article 12 (Change of Information)

If a member wants to change their information, such as address and password, they can change it using the member information change service on the website.

 

Article 13 (Cancellation of Agreement)

A member may cancel the service use contract, and in case of cancellation, the member must request cancellation through the service directly or through the website, via phone or online. The site shall restrict the member's use of the service from the day the cancellation request is received. If the cancellation is due to any of the following paragraphs, the site shall notify the user at least 7 days prior to the cancellation and give the user an opportunity to explain.

When the user violates the restrictions on use or does not resolve the reasons for the restriction within the restriction period

When the Information and Communication Ethics Committee requests cancellation of use

When the customer does not respond to the statement of opinion without justifiable reasons

When an application is made in the name of another person or a contract of use is concluded with false information in the application form or with false documents attached

The site may restrict sign up for a period set separately for users whose contract has been canceled in accordance with the above regulations.

 

Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages

Article 14 (Disclaimer)

The site shall be exempted from liability for damages caused by a member's failure to obtain expected benefits from the provision of services, or by the selection or use of service materials.

The site shall be exempted from liability in case the service is disrupted or a member's data is damaged due to reasons attributable to the member or intentional purpose by a third party.

The site shall be exempted from liability for the materials posted or transmitted by members.

In the case of a domain with trademark rights, the member party who purchased it is responsible for any damage or compensation that may occur. The site does not take any responsibility for this.

 

Article 15 (Competent Court)

In the event of a dispute between the site and the member in relation to the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the site HQ shall be the competent court.
